I was concerned about insurance requirements for the chimney. They performed a detailed inspection, provided a professional report with photos and video, cleaned the system, and made the small repairs needed. Everything was accepted without any issues. Very smooth process.

The damper on our masonry fireplace became hard to open and close. During the service they lubricated the linkage, replaced the worn rope seal, adjusted the fit for tighter closure, cleaned the throat area, and polished the glass doors. The damper now moves smoothly and keeps heat inside much better on cold nights. It was a small repair but it made a big daily improvement for our family.

They used powerful vacuums and brushes to clean everything installed a new mesh screen cap and parged a small void in the smoke chamber. The entire fireplace area looks refreshed and ready.
